Time flies at getWaiter! the waiter paging app and data insight service. It’s 12 months since launch and with hospitality merchants signed up and offering getWaiter! in over 15 countries worldwide it’s been a busy time.
getWaiter! has shown its true waiter calling potential in allowing both large multi-national bars, restaurants and hotels along with the smaller independent merchants, improve their customer experience, collect invaluable consumer insight and of course increase their sales.
getWaiter! is unique in that it doesn’t require any bespoke hardware, the waiter station uses a standard WiFi enabled tablet and the guests use their own smartphones to log their place in the queue.
